Here, our client asked us to take a sketch by Rubens and hand paint it for a panel above their Aga.  What hopefully isn't noticeable is that the original sketch was not the right shape for the space meaning we used our imaginations to summon up a bit more picture that didn't previously exist to blend into the original design.  We expect Rubens is spinning in his grave. This 60 tile panel painted onto our standard 5" tile could be commissioned for £900.
